Research now shows that positive development is most likely when young people have diverse opportunities to explore and develop a range of physical, psychological and social abilities across multiple activities and sports.
Participating regularly in a variety of sports and physical activities yields many documented physical, psychological and social benefits related to both short-term and long-term development and leads to future participation in both recreational and competitive sports.
A key principle with this program is to provide parents with an affordable program that encourages healthy active lifestyles through introducing children to a wide range of sports. Our program focuses on the proper development of fundamental movement and physical literacy skills.

Our program provides the opportunity for participants to learn the importance of respect, fairness, cooperation, responsibility, acceptance, and perseverance through a variety of activities, games, and sports.
• Equal participation during games
• Minimum of 2 different sports each week
• Provided by certified coaches
• Great fun for all skill levels
• Available Monday - Friday until 6pm
