An intensive five-day program designed to refine key offensive and defensive skills to players familiar with competitive volleyball. A progression of offensive and defensive fundamentals will lead to six-on-six team play giving the athlete the chance to hone previously learned skills in a competitive team environment. Practical/ active classroom sessions on strength training, nutrition for sport and goal setting for volleyball will enhance the on-court activities. The camp is indented for those athletes that have played one or two years of competitive volleyball.
