The Volleyball Academy is now entering its 5th summer. The Academy is unlike any program offered for the volleyball player looking to take their skills to their highest levels. Each summer the Academy works with athletes as young as 14 years of age and also with a growing list of athletes currently playing professionally in Europe. The Academy program is designed for those athletes prepared to put in the time and energy required to improve their game so they can compete with the very best. The Academy provides an opportunity for athletes to work with our areas top coaches and direct access to specialized professionals in the area Conditioning, Nutrition, and Mental Training.
SportsCan provides athletes the option of Indoor Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, or BOTH! Our indoor training sessions take place in the mornings while the beach training takes place in the afternoons. Our daytime sessions allow great flexibility for other summer sports or activities that they may be a part of.
Our Beach Academy begins in mid June while the Indoor Academy get started the first week of July.
